Return Window

Products may be returned within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in their original packaging

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us within 15 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Gift cards
  • Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Return Shipping

Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
