Refund & Return Policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- With all original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@bouvea.com with your order number and reason for return.
If your return request is approved, a pickup will be arranged through our delivery partner. We will also provide instructions regarding the return process.
Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if:
- The item is damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong product
Please include photographs of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Gift cards
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or alteration after delivery
- Customized or personalized products
- Items purchased during final sale or clearance promotions (if applicable)

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@bouvea.com within 15 days of delivery.
Once the returned product is received and successfully passes our quality inspection, the exchange request will be processed, subject to product availability.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has passed our inspection and is found to meet the return eligibility requirements.
If approved, the refund will be credited to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional time to process the refund.

Return Pickup
For approved returns, pickup will be arranged through our delivery partner wherever service is available. Pickup availability may vary depending on the customer's location.
Return Shipping Charges
Return shipping charges of flat fee Rs. 100 will be borne by the customer unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Bouvea will arrange the return pickup at no additional cost to the customer.
For all other approved returns, the applicable return shipping charges will be communicated before the return is processed.
